Returns

At Infinity Skin Clinic Surry Hills, it’s important to us that you’re 100% happy with your purchase. Should you wish to return an item, please email us at surryhills@infinityskin.com.au with a copy of the invoice. Returns must be made within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Original proof of purchase (invoice)
Returns must be made within 14 days
Products must be unused and in original, unopened, undamaged packaging. Products can be returned in person to our clinic or via mail. You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Please return items via Australia Post with a tracking number and signature on delivery as we will not be held responsible for missing items.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once the returned item is received, inspected and meets the above criteria, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the refund is approved, the paid amount (minus restocking fee) will be credited to your original purchasing credit card or original method of payment. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
A handling/restocking fee of 20% of the value of the product applies.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Retuned item must be through Australia Post with a tracking number and signature on delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Should you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product for a replacement or refund to surryhills@infinityskin.com.au

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

Please take a photo of the damaged or incorrect product and email us along with your invoice.

Products can be returned in person to our clinic or via mail. If the item is returned via mail please send a copy of the invoice and postage receipt.

Once the damaged or incorrect product is received, our team will assess and authorise the return.

Returns Due to a Reaction

The products we stock are medical grade and it is important to always use products as directed on the label or by your skin therapist. In the rare case that your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction, please stop using the product immediately, take a photo of your skin reaction as proof and call us on 02 8056 8157 or email surryhills@infinityskin.com.au and our team will assist.

- Products purchased on sale, promotion or with a discount codes applied are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
