Free Express Shipping
Enjoy Free Express Shipping on all orders over $175.

Flat Rate Express Shipping
Orders under $175 are shipped via Express Post for a flat rate of $15.

Dispatch & Delivery
All orders are dispatched from Sydney Metro.
Place your order by 2:00 PM AEDT for same-day dispatch (business days only).

Delivery Information
All parcels are sent via Australia Post Express.
If no one is home at the time of delivery, the parcel will be left in a safe place if available. If a safe place is not available, a collection card will be left with instructions to collect your parcel from the nearest Australia Post location.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels or delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Tracking Information
Tracking details will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.
